CLEANLINE PROPERTY SERVICES
Privacy Policy
Updated October 13, 2026
Cleanline Property Services (“Cleanline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a service desk for customers and team members to request and manage property services, quotes, jobs, project photos, invoices, and related payments. This policy explains the information handled through our website and mobile application.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, account and sign-in information, project descriptions, quote and job details, scheduling information, invoice and payment status, and photos you choose to upload for a project.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, respond to service requests, prepare and approve quotes, schedule and perform work, maintain project records, issue invoices, process or verify payments, communicate about requested services, and troubleshoot or improve the application.
Messages, notifications, and appointments
We store project messages and Virtual Front Desk conversations, including contact and property details you provide, so the Cleanline team can respond. The front desk gives basic scripted answers; Patrick or Jordan handles custom pricing and owner handoffs. If you enable notifications, we store a browser push subscription or device notification token to deliver service messages. You can turn notifications off in the app or device settings. Message previews may appear on your lock screen according to your device settings. Online estimate bookings use Cleanline’s business Google Calendar; team members may authorize a business Google account for scheduling. Customer Google Calendar access is not required to request an estimate.
Website analytics
Our hosting provider records page paths, referrers, browser information, language, an approximate country inferred from time zone, and a random short-lived session identifier. We also measure call and text link clicks, estimate intake and booking steps, and errors to improve contact paths. These events do not include your name, contact details, property address, message text, or project photos. A link click does not confirm a completed call or message. Marked testing is reported separately where available.
Payments
Payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Cleanline does not use the application database to store full payment-card numbers. Payment providers may process payment and transaction information under their own privacy practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the application or provide requested services, such as hosting, storage, authentication, and payment processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Cleanline account or service records, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Children
The Cleanline service desk is intended for customers and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
